How much weight can a 13 gallon garbage bag hold?
I'm trying to figure out how many bags of garbage I would need to not go over a 200 pound limit. I can't find weight limits on my garbage bag packages for max weight. Any ideas?
You cant judge the weight based on the volume like that. The garbage bags can be made from a thin cehap plastic or a heavy duty plastic or even a construction grade plastic. Each can be 13 gallons but they definitely wont hold the same weight thats for sure. The construction grade bags found in like Home Depot or Lowes has the weight limits on the box.
