It's worked fine for about 2 weeks now. It was pretty much unused for the past two years.
I've been working in Sai and Iscribble.net. But then I went and I downloaded Gimp. And the first thing it did was it just wasn't working right. Like I'd drag it in a complete circle all around the area and it wouldn't go all the way down. It acted like it needed to be callibrated.
Then I closed it. It worked just fine.
But then a couple minutes later the ring around the circle up top started blinking.And it hasn't been working since.

The shortcut buttons aren't working it's not drawing or anything else. But my computer still recognises it when it's plugged in.

Is it Gimp ? Or is my tablet broken ??
