skateboarding custom?
is this combination of good for a skateboard?

1 Devilstar truck set (2 trucks)

1 riser pad set (2 pads
I haven't heard of any of those things, so they probably aren't main stream, and that could be good or bad, signs point to bad. If you are getting a really good deal on it, that's great but that good deal could turn into a bad one very quickly...If I've learned one thing in skateboarding, it's that you get what you pay for. I bought a rail for $20, and it broke...
A good pro status board (with all the name brand stuff) should cost around $120. If you are talking about a long board I have no idea what they should cost and have no opinion on that set-up.
A set up that I approve:
Deck: Enjoi, Darkstar, Plan B, Baker, Girl, most other main companies (except for Element)
Griptape: Jessup, or MOB
Trucks: Thunder, Krux, Independent all should do you justice
Bearings: Bones Reds, the fastest, cheapest, easiest the clean bearings of all time
Wheels: Ricta, Spitfire
Hardware:Any
Riser pads: no, they really don't do any thing, and if you are worried about wheel bite, just tighten your trucks. They are only for people who want huge wheels on low trucks.
Hope i helped, as I said before I haven't heard of any of this stuff but if you believe that it's a good deal for quality skate equipment then get it. But if you want to play it safe, good with the more well known brands.
