rate/fix my original deck made by a pro (not me) just need some feedback.. September format?

can i get help constructing a side deck for this to i can use some help
with 22 monsters and 9 of them being dark 8 lights its like 90% twilight dont know if that may help in you helping me construct a side deck please help and ty

This deck is good i rate it 8
i would take out 1 trap dust shoot and 1 book of moon for 2 dim prison
then i would take out 2 E-con and put Pot of Avarice
then you need 2 dandy
and then you will have a very nice deck
